- 50% Deposit required upon booking
- balance payable upon arrival
Cancellation policy
- 30+ days prior to arrival, full deposit refund minus 5% handling fee
- 29-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% deposit
- 20-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% deposit
- 13-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% deposit
- 7< days prior to arrival, forfeit full deposit
- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the full accommodation

Keys
You will be provided with your room key and a remote control with which to access the property. Please ensure that keys are returned to management upon your departure.
Laundry
We regret that due to water restrictions we do not offer any laundry services at the guesthouse. Such service is available less than 1km from the guesthouse on the corner of Brackenfell Boulevard and Protea Road at Boulevard Square.
Parking
Parking on the property is private behind a remote controlled gate.
Smoking
Due to government regulation, smoking is not permitted in the guest house.
Smoking is allowed outside.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS/FIREARMS – NOT PERMITTED
Splash pool for your enjoyment.
Television
All rooms are equipped with 32′ LED TV’s with DSTV Satellite Channels.
Please consider other guests and keep volume to reasonable levels.
Noise Levels
We ask that guests consider other guest in the establishment as well, and that all noise levels are kept to a minimum after 9pm
Safety
When entering or leaving the establishment, please ensure doors are locked and main driveway gate is always closed.
